People should avoid this company. If I could, I would give 0 star for this guy, John Nguyen. He is not reliable. Made an appointment more than a month ago to do my tax. I was on time gir my appointment, he was not even there. Made me wait for 30 mins. Then asked me sone questions and told me to go home, give him a week to do my tax. I said okay. Waited for a week, didn't give me any updates. I called and he asked me to give him until after March 15th. Okay. Waited again until 17th, no update. People should avoid this company. If I could, I would give 0 star for this guy, John Nguyen. He is not reliable. Made an appointment more than a month ago to do my tax. I was on time gir my appointment, he was not even there. Made me wait for 30 mins. Then asked me sone questions and told me to go home, give him a week to do my tax. I said okay. Waited for a week, didn't give me any updates. I called and he asked me to give him until after March 15th. Okay. Waited again until 17th, no update. Called him and he said he was sick, he would call me back the next day. Did not call me again. I called back on 18th. He finally made another appointment on March 23rd. He didn't show up and was sleeping at home while I was waiting. He called me back and said after his eyes appointment on the same day, he would call me and do the tax on the phone and finalize. Didn't call me again. I tried to call few times, and he said again call me back right away. And of course did not call again. I eventually had to come down and ask for my paperwork back and find someone else. I was nice when asking for paperwork back, but he was meant and yelled at me. He told me that I have to pay him the money for the time he spent as my tax was almost done. I said fine if it's a reasonable price as he did not finish my tax teturn yet. He called the police on me. He yelled at me. I asked my husband while he was at work to come because John Nguyen said he would bring us to court. He told me to tell my husband come and bring the webpons, so he can put my husband to jails . He said he had a gun in his office. I waited for the police to come and they took the paperwork back to me. Again, this guy John Nguyen is a not reliable for anyone who needs tax services. Made people wait and wait. Keep promising and keep pushing it back.

This office of John is brings me an excellent job, well done on my tax return, and family tax return as well as my business, don't know about other but always do an fantastic work for myself and my fam. Have been doing my tax with him in last 4 years since known the services and will continue doing my tax with him. Would recommend him. Thanks.
