Just want to start off by saying thank you to the entire crew at Parker’s. I broke down on a busy spot on the turnpike and after a few failed attempts at finding a good auto shop, I found a GREAT one here. They were super kind and understanding throughout and had so much knowledge on the different issues with my car (even knowing instantly what was wrong with my explainations). They were quick and efficient and I’m so glad I have my car back after care from them. Thank you again for making my road trip get back on track!

I am never the type to write reviews but I was actually very satisfied with this shop! They’re honest, get the job done and explain everything down to the tea!!! I recently came to replace my front brake pads and rotors due to the Honda dealership telling me I needed to but as we all know dealerships overcharge/tell you anything to buy or replace something. They did a full complimentary inspection of my car, text me everything that needed to be done/recommended and did not do anything until I approved. My minivan broke down nearby. They were incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem and helping me get the van back home to new hampshire. Honest, more than fair with pricing and minimized the amount of work done. Recommended good places to get the transmission work done (they couldn't do the rebuild there)Service: General repairs & maintenance
