Absolutely wonderful experience,
Got my first pair if glasses here..I knew something was wrong with my eyesight but didn’t know what, not only did the intern help me identify the problem but also helped me understand my vision better.
They day of consultation for choosing my glasses went smoothly, the staff great attitude and attention to details to help me find the perfect pair!
I am very pleased with the service I received. John is extremely helpful and patient. I could not decide which frames to choose, and had to return a few times. He was always there for me. Thank you.
So grateful for NECO for being the only place in New England that can handle problems like Double Vision. I needed Prisms in my glasses. The young Lady, Graduate Student, who did all the testing, was so pleasant, professional, and did a great job. I would highly recommend NECO if you have any unusual eye problems.
