had appointment for pedi and refill when nail tech finished my nails she suggested I come back later and serviced and serviced a white client and I had appointment so I said give it another try called and confirmed appointment a message was left asking me to come at a later time probably to service same Scenario I will never go back

Love Nathan's work to death but the disrespect isn't worth it! Time and time again me and my family call to book appointments the woman takes the time name and number but 75% we don't get the set times we booked for because the woman who answers the phone is LAZY OR SLOW! I'm really not sure which one atp. I've been coming to this salon since 2012 when Lynn and Kenny, God Rest His Soul were there. Then Susan and Missy came along and I took to Susan with Missy as a back up and then Lynn as the back up back up because she was always booked and busy. I would not reccomend coming to this nail salon. She cut my cuticles so short I bled on multiple fingers and she did not apologize. The acryclic set I got was nice for about a week. The color selection was very Two weeks in one nail has completely popped off and when I called to ask if they would fix just the one nail that came off the gal on the phone said no and that I would have to pay for a completely new set. So all in all it was not worth the $80 I spent to only have the nails last for two weeks.Service: Acrylic nails
