Tatyana is extremely nice and easy to talk to, she will answer all your questions and help you out with color choices. However, she has very few gel /shellac colors (like maybe 20 at most), I had to switch mine to regular color since she didn't have any of the colors I had shortlisted. I enjoyed the manicure while it was being done, but I realized a little after the service ended that I had a lot of cuts around my nails, and my cuticles were not cleaned adequately. I would not recommend her, except for maybe a color change.Service: Manicure

I can see why Tatyana has all these great reviews from loyal clients! She is very detailed in her work and easy to talk to. Even though I was a first time client I found myself immediately trusting her advice! You can tell she really cares about her clients and her work. She has a cozy space upstairs at Roffi Salon and you can call them to book time with her. A great option in Back Bay!

This was my second time at Roffi and without a doubt this time I had to write in again. I saw Kate today for a balayage and my expectations were significantly exceeded. I had very blonde dead ends and I walked out of the salon with exactly what I asked for, a warmed up darker bronde for the fall. Throughout my time there, Kate treated me like royalty and I can't recommend her enough. Coming from a self proclaimed salon hopper, I think I've found the one salon I will always come back too and I know anyone else would have this same experience!
