My mom and I came to the salon as walk ins and got the best manicures. My manicurist took her time and was very thorough, and she herself was very kind. Also was the lowest price for a manicure and gel manicure that me and my mom had seen in years. I will be back when in Boston and I recommend!!

Excellent customer service!! Lily did a great job. My nails look incredible, and towards the end of my appointment I got a call and had to leave earlier than expected, and even though I said I could come back they rushed to finish everything perfectly.

I live in the neighborhood and have come here several times for pedicures and gel manicures. The nail techs are very nice and my actual nails always look great. However, they have a huge time management problem. I call ahead to make an appointment, and they say "oh yeah no problem come at 2:30!" or whatever time I say I want to come. And then I show up and end up waiting 30 min to an hour. On top of that, because they're overbooking themselves and saying yes to everyone that walks through the door, it's a 50/50 shot that my service is going to be extremely rushed.
