My boo and I each made an appointment for a haircut with Candy. My boo's hair is super coarse and a bit tough to manage - Candy smoothed out her hair so it had a nice soft shape to it. I had let my hair go and Candy was very attentive to cleaning up my mess when she gave me a slightly graduated bob. In both cases, Candy was super gentle. We both are very satisfied and so happy we came in. And the price was very reasonable.The salon does accept credit cards but strongly prefers cash so remember to stop by the ATM before your appointment.

Paid $37 + tip for a haircut + wash (before and after) with Candy. Extremely happy with the haircut, Candy takes her time to understand what you want, explains the steps, and makes great conversation throughout the whole cut. Best to make an appointment but they do take walk-ins and they are cash preferred.

Most staff speak limited English but they communicate with patrons well through pictures and photos. Their coloring service is excellent and very reasonably priced judging their city center location. Parking around the place is extremely hard to find however. Prepare to pay $40 for parking alone if you are there during the week unless you park after 6n but the salon close at 7.
