Great attention from the receptionist, yet the quality of the service has deteriorated sharply over recent months. I had a bad experience getting a linen shirt dry cleaned. The shirt was new and I had only worn it once, yet when it came back it had a distinct stench that that smelled like dirty water mixed with rotten food, which despite having it dry cleaned with them twice did not go away. This place is the less pricy option in the area, but I’d rather pay a bit more than ruin my clothes with them.

I’ve been going here for a few months but have been disappointed a few times which is why I’m switching. There was a nice expensive white jacket that I dry cleaned which became grey white - not sure how you can bleed colors when dry cleaning but it was very upsetting given I had gotten it in France and not something easily replaceable. Then they shrunk my husbands cashmere sweater.. they are clearly using a poor quality vendor to service their dry cleaning. Would not recommend

Very reasonable prices, with a very friendly staff that does great work! I brought two skirts here that were completely ruined by another tailor. I'd needed them taken in, but they totally botched the job and I didn't even know if they were salvageable. King's Cleaners reassured me they could fix them, and they did. Can't say enough about how pleased I am, I can wear keep and wear items I loved but thought I'd have to toss. Very trustworthy, will be coming here for any future alterations needed, and I can't wait to make use of their dry-cleaning services, too!
