Absolutely amazing service! We scheduled the Airport pick up, and then had to switch the flight. The new flight got delayed too, and these guys were so incredibly helpful and professional, swiftly changing and rescheduling our pick up, and addressing all the scheduling changes. I do not remember when was the last time we received such an amazing and highly professional service! We will definitely be using only their services from now on, whenever we need a ride to or from the Airport. They are also more reasonably priced than many other companies. Highly recommend them to anyone!
Called for same day transport from Logan Airport and a late night pickup to a location about 45 min away. The person who took the reservation was thorough, polite, and helpful. They confirmed all details and were clear in communications about meet up points etc. and followed up by email. The driver, Diego arrived on time, was communicative via text, and was super friendly and attentive. The service was the best I’ve experienced for Boston area transportation and I will definitely use the service again!
I had such a great ride with Rafael! I had planned to just be on my phone the whole ride but after talking with Rafael for a few minutes I could not stop. We ended up talking and laughing the whole ride which never happens for me with ride services. It seems like this company hires some great people so I for sure recommend using this service!
