The most top notch and luxury nail salon in the Back Bay. The customer service is of the highest quality and everyone here is so nice and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Mike, he shapes my nails to perfection and really takes his time - truly shows how much he values his craft. The salon is very clean and the owner truly cares about customers and ensures their comfort throughout the entire service. I’ve been to various nail salons in the Boston area, but none of them meet the high standards set here. I felt very relaxed and stress free throughout my service. Went to Jennifer’s for my nails, they look stunning and the salon was INCREDIBLY clean. The entire time I was there, every one was cleaning the place top to bottom. Extremely friendly service from everyone at Jennifer’s, Jennifer herself was incredibly sweet and helpful, too. Highly recommend!

I am visiting Boston and this place was recommended to me by the concierge at my hotel. It was a 5 star all the way. Jennifer the owner was friendly, suggested nail colors, was professional and ensured I was happy with the service. Jenny and the young man who did my manicure and pedicure were outstanding. I have had horrible with ingrown toenail's and always find it difficult to get someone who is able to remove the dead skin that causes pain. I have someone in my home country that is excellent, but was unable to find another person who could do this well here. This assistant was able to do so and I am now pain free.
