What an incredible company filled with wonderful people!
After an awful experience next door at Avanti (the scheduled hairdresser blew off the appointment for my sister's wedding updo! the morning of her wedding!!!), I called James Joseph in an absolute panic. They jumped through every hoop I threw at them with grace and class.
We go there 1.5 hours before the wedding and they did everything they could to ensure her day wasn't ruined. From a two-second walk-in notice, to working with her imagined look, to even helping me rescue my messy bun.

Natalija is a true artist. I saw her in a pinch for a color correction. She knew exactly what to do with no notice. She corrected my awful bleach blonde highlights and made them soft and natural. An amazing colorist and correction specialist. She also cuts my boyfriend's hair. Highly recommend.
