Prompt, efficient and professional. National Grid change out my gas meter. In doing so they were unable to re light the pilot on the furnace. Technicians Paul and Mike arrived within a couple of hours. They replaced a part, re lit the pilot and tested the furnace to ensure it was operational. They were happy to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I had a great experience thanks to Paul and Mike.

Absolutely outstanding! I've had them work on two different boiler issues (one was a conversion from oil to gas, done in 2017; the other was just today after the heat wouldn't go on for a gas boiler in another location). Each time, they did something incredibly rare: they did only what needed to be done, and actually told me that I needed to do less than what the 1st plumber said. (I always get two quotes on a big job, and JM was second.) In the 2017 boiler issue, the 1st plumber said i needed a much bigger and more expensive boiler than i needed, and JM said that wasn't needed, and JM was correct-- JM installed a smaller one and it's been perfect, no issues. And the job today: the 1st plumber said the boiler had to be replaced, but JM said it just needed a tune up and some small repairs. JM is honest as the day is long! I think the world of this company.

Incredible. My heat wasn't working and after determining an issue that National Grid had to resolve, they came back the same day and were able to rewire the furnace.Great guys and great service.
