I had an issue with my heat not working and they were super fast to respond and resolve the problem same-day. They explained everything very clearly and did a fantastic job. Overall, this was certainly a 5+ star experience. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of at-home repairs.
These guys are the best! I wouldn't trust my boiler system to just anyone–steam heating is complicated and despite what they may say, not all experts out there are well-versed in the art of maintaining them. The folks at I&C Mechanical definitely fall among the few who really know their stuff! They fixed my boiler in no time, and gave me advice on how to keep the rest of the system running well. They were also very kind, came out for next-day service, and worked professionally & efficiently. I'll be hiring them again for annual maintenance for sure.
I highly recommend I&C Mechanical. I needed to replace my electric tank water heater which started leaking on Juneteenth. They were able to come the next day and replace it that same day. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. All in all, outstanding professionals and first-rate customer service.
