Such a cute salon and space. Love the energy it has being on Newbury St, and a fun overall vibe.Erika is one of the best. She can make what can be a long appointment fly by with her fun attitude / personality.I don't go to Sam but she's great to be around and gives off the same vibe. Her clients seem very happy with their services too.Love this place!

Having a hair appointment at Halo + Salt is like being able to hang with a girlfriend, go shopping, and have a therapy appointment, all in one! You walk into the cutest most cozy salon, they greet you with a class of wine (pre covid) and ask you how you've been. It's not even about your hair at first, just how you're doing as a person. I'm a natural blonde that goes unnaturally blonder in the summer and a darker/icy blonde in the winter. I never know exactly how to explain what I'm wanting but Sam always says "I think I've got it" and KNOCKS IT OUT OF FENWAY. I walk out after on Newbury Street thinking I have paparazzi following me. This salon is what hair dreams are made of! I love Halo + Salt for a variety of reasons - not only are both Sam and Kayla extremely talented, but they are fabulous people to know to boot. I've trusted Sam with my hair for years now, and no one will ever touch my head again - but her! In today's Covid world, the Halo + Salt girls have done a masterful job ensuring that their space is clean, transition well from one client to the next, and I felt 110% safe there. Can't thank Sam enough for all she does with my hair. She's truly a genius - even my husband goes to her because of Covid he's grown out his hair so much, he needs a true professional! Thank you Sam! :)
