“Went to their location on Essex st that offers massages . I was warmly greeted by the a nice lady at the front desk . I was in so much back pain and I wanted some relief. She suggested deep tissue massage. Mary my therapist was great! She went hard on my back but she kept checking with me all the time to make sure I can handle the pressure. I was very stiff and I really appreciate her pressure as my back felt so good right immediately . You can ask for milder massage or let her do her job she is a professional. I feel so good and I already scheduled my next massage. Definitely a monthly type of thing for me now.“
