GTI Properties is a 5 star property management and much more, offering entertainment, housing, restaurants, art, fitness in the South end. All their properties are well kept and the units are gorgeous. Can't beat them. Thank you for being such a cornerstone for the neighborhood !

Have worked with GTI for 15+ years! Great management team, responsive with maintenance calls, common areas of their buildings are kept up well and in general they provide excellent properties in Boston's beautiful South End and SOWA area. Grateful for them!

Lived in one of their units in the Back Bay / South End area for almost 4 years (broke our lease early after the 3rd year - moved to the burbs for more space, cost of living, etc...). True rating is probably between a 4 and 5, but since the communication with them was so solid and the early move out was so seamless I figured I'd round up. Location was great and staff is easy to work with. If the unit was a little more modern and updated it would have been a homerun. Overall great experience for those looking to live in the city.
