Essential Tree Service

Alex came out a month ago to view trees and agreed on a date of Nov. 8. 2021. I scheduled life around being available and he failed to show up, failed to call, text or email. This is unacceptable and not professional. It cost me a day of work as well. He was a nice fellow, and I would have expected more from him. Now suddenly, page says "Temporarily closed." If it's due to covid, I'm sorry,, but certainly business people notify clients ahead of time. Down a days pay, schedule all moved around and not one attempt to return calls, email or texts. Disappointed...if he contacts me I will change report accordingly.. in the meantime, on to my days work.

They never returned my phone call. I called on a Saturday morning and the message said he would open at Noon and check messages every 2 hours. Not sure why I never got a call back.

Alex was very responsive when I first reached out and we quickly set up a time for a consultation on a tree pruning job as we had many tree branches hitting the house. It was clear that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He provided us different options, laying out the positives and negatives of each, never pressuring us towards one. When it came time to do the job itself, it was done with great care and efficiency; we are thrilled with the end result.
