Our kitchen sink backed up & I was referred to Drain Stars from another plumber. Our house is tough to problem solve with since we're on a slab and the plumbing is old. Nelson made it out just a few hours later and was able to dislodge the clog. However things reverted back to being clogged over the weekend and Andy & Nelson came back out and cleared it completely. They were quick, communicative, professional and I'm lucky to have been referred to them.
Andy was responsive, knowledgeable, and prices were excellent compared to the market. He makes sure his clients are understanding of the situation, and the work he is undergoing. Would recommend to any homeowner in the Boston area.
