Didn’t have a great experience with Matt and Garrett. I felt that some of the instructions they provided were not correct, and that the management style was unkind. A comment along the lines of “we wouldn’t have put you on the project if we didn’t think you could handle it with minimal supervision” may be true, but usually I’ve usually found teams to have more of an emphasis on teaming to work through things. Similarly, asking when a project will be done when there was clearly no defined plan/steps in place on how to tackle the objective doesn’t seem very productive to me.
