    I gave 3 stars for the simple reason that I loved the teacher during my time there. She was fantastic, patient, and really made me enjoy yoga. The massive negative with this place is that they literally PACK in as many people as possible. On multiple occasions over multiple classes, I would be hit with an arm or leg by the person practicing next to me. I would be holding a pose and concentrating when suddenly a foot would hit my shoulder. Additionally, the gym space really started to smell after a few classes.     I love this studio! There is no charge to rent the mats (not sure what the two star review is talking about) and the class prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and the class times are convenient for me. I recommend the barre class with Allie or Karen...great work out and you will see results :)

    This place is ok. I think the 1st 2-star review misses the mark, however. Cons: The class times are inconvenient. They're most commonly around 6 or 7 - AM & PM. I understand there are also "Mommy & Me" type groups here during the day, so I imagine that creates some schedule limitations. It also might contribute to... The studio occasionally smells like feet when I arrive. It seems to go away once the air has circulated. (I practiced at a Bikram studio once that put a lot into their air exchangers, the types of floor they used, how everything was cleaned, and how often it all was cleaned.
