If I could sum up everything in one word it would be betrayal. They have been doing our taxes for almost tens years and we’ve trusted them a lot. But just this year, they screwed up our tax returns terribly. Then refuses to admit that they were the ones who messed up our tax returns and also refused to help us solve the problem, leaving the mess all to ourselves to clean up. Very disappointed
