Love this cleaner!! Local, free pick up, friendly staff but best of all they take care of my clothes and they have NOT damaged items, broken buttons or lost any of my clothes in 2 years. I've had OTHER cleaners ruin my clothes, return my husbands shirts with buttons missing, lose items, and ruin the colors on my silks. Most of our clothes is dry clean only and this is our go to place. I even trusted them with my silk hand beaded wedding dress.
Prices are way too high for very simple alterations. Turn around time is also too long. Went there b/c it was convenient and ended up waiting more than double the time and paid a lot more than I expected.
I’m not sure why there are a couple of one star reviews on here for these guys. I live in the Pru complex and have been using them for a couple of years. I haven’t had any problems with them and their staff is excellent. They always remember my address and give good information on when to expect the clothing back.
