Well, the staff are friendly and the gym is sufficiently equipped. However, this location cannot handle the new volume of customers induced by the closure of the Prudential Center location at the beginning of January. The gym is very busy at all hours, and management has not taken steps to add basic equipment, such as benches. I used to enjoy this space, but if you are new to the area and searching for a gym, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I tried but it's a no go. Based on reviews of how crowded it is at peak times in the afternoon/evening, I went at about 7:30 AM and it was packed. Also, the sauna was just lukewarm. It's a decent facility and the front desk employee was personable, but the place just can't handle the massive amount of people who now live in this part of Boston. And like most gyms in young urban professional dominated areas, serious lack of gym etiquette and self-centered behavior. No thanks. Would rather pay a little more to get away from some of the riff raff.

The gym has all the standard equipment you’d expect, but the weight lifting area is small and you often have to wait for equipment since there is (rarely) more than one machine for a lift. It’s also ALWAYS crowded here no matter when you go - I think this is because they closed their other locations in the area so everyone is going here. I will only be around for a few months so I can tolerate it but if I was looking for a long term gym I wouldn’t choose this. Showers are janky in the men’s locker area too (not dirty but the water pressure is bad on most of them and some are missing handles).
