Thank you so much! Their prices are INSANELY reasonable and my boots received new heels in less than a week (WHaT?!?) He also reattached some of the leather that was starting to rip off the side of my boots. Now my shoes are as good as new! The man in the shop is very friendly and you could watch him working on boots right there (super cool). Conveniently located near Chinatown/Downtown Crossing T Stops.

I found Boston Shoe Repair through Yelp and had a great experience. I had a few pairs of suede flats cleaned and resoled as well as a heel replacement on a pair of high heels. Turnaround time was quick (2-3 days) and I was very happy with the quality. I've sent a few of my friends here and they had positive experiences as well.
