I went through the screenings for 2 studies which both got canceled. The appoinments generally ran longer than they said they would but I got compensated. The one downside was when they cancelled the studies the payments ended sooner than expected and the parking is terrible.

Extremely poor communication from start to finish. The first doctor I spoke to (female, older, Indian) was standoffish and not very accommodating, making the Center itself seem pretty unprofessional as she was the first person I spoke to. Two other doctors I spoke to (Older female, white brunette & older white male) were very professional and I quite liked them, but they failed to mention to me that I had failed to meet study criteria, and a random nurse had to tell me in front of everyone. Seeing that I needed side money as a broke pharmacy student, I signed up on their website to give my availability as a healthy volunteer for their clinical trials. They reached me days after I signed up (texted me for ability to call them) and then followed up with me a day later after they found a clinical trial I was suited for. The whole operation (call, followup, and then reminder) was fairly well done. They are located really close to a bus hub that sends almost every bus to Forest Hills so getting to and from there isn't difficult. The staff were all professional, courteous, and friendly.
