We made a lap down Newbury Street to try and pick out a couch, and were very happy we stopped by! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were kept us posted about options and upcoming promotions, and were patient and understanding with regards to our timelines and process.

I want to start by saying that when my wife and I entered the Newbury St BoConcept, we were just going to look around but had were not looking to make a purchase but we fell in love with a sofa and our consultant was knowledgeable, attentive and went out of his way to help us figure out the best options. Everyone at this store worked with a smile on their face and helped in the process of making sure this was the right purchase for us. I would definitely recommend BoConcept Newbury Street, Boston.
