this place is really nice and intimate warm and relaxing classes are smaller for individual attention all of the classes are excellent Sound Bath was AMAZING just a nice atmosphere. where you feel at home and not in a competition . Thanks Blissful!

Blissful Monkey is an intimate, community-oriented yoga space on Centre Street. While the schedule is not packed with classes like at other area studios, there is a calmness and intentionality here that sets it apart from other studios. Everyone is made to feel welcome here!I particularly love attending Alyssa's Monday and Friday classes, as they are not too slow and not too fast. She has such a calming presence and holds space for each participant no matter how they are showing up that day.Also, there are mats that you can borrow for free, which is different than at other studios.
