Start to finish this was an amazing experience and I cannot recommend Celeste more! I do not know a lot about hair but Celeste took the time to listen to me, give me the exact cut I was looking for, and she taught me how to style my hair/what products to use. Nothing about it felt rushed, and I will now never go anywhere else! Wonderful salon with lovely people! Thank you Celeste and Blackroom Team!!!

From past experiences, I know how important having a good stylist is when going from virgin hair to BLEACHED blonde, especially from brunette/auburn hair. So when I kept seeing Blackroom and Jenn's name show up on every search I made across reddit, facebook groups, yelp and google, I knew that this was the place to go.

I just got the perfect haircut from a sweet gal named Lex and I could not be happier. She provided the ideal mix of professional focus combined with personalized friendliness, thoroughly considerate of my wishes and specifications. AND...she even smoothly shaved off the difficult 'ear hair'😅. Highly recommended! I'm updating this review to include Khalee who recently did a great job trimming my hair.
