Dr. Keyes has been phenomenal to work with in caring for my 17 year old cat. She is quick to respond, kind, and extremely helpful. Being able to have Better Vet come and do an exam and blood work at home was a game changer.
Dr. Sarah Keyes and assisting staff were great. Scheduling an appointment and transferring my cats' medical information was easy. Our cat is not welcoming to vet care, but they were able to work with him. It was so nice to have him cared for at home. We definitely recommend using this service.
We have worked the Better Vet For the last 2 or 3 years with our two senior dogs. Our dog, Sam , was a nervous boy, who hated the vet. Seeing the vet in our living room made a world of difference for him. Our girl, Sierra, had multiple chronic medical issues that only a14 yr old can have. Dr Ann Sidley and her Tech were caring, compassionate and respectful of our wishes. Their service included vaccines, blood draws, and medications, as well as a wealth of knowledge. When the time came to euthanize our Sam, Dr Sidley and tech made a very sad occasion as smooth as it could go and our Sam showed no signs of distress. We highly recommend their service.
