Very friendly and professional service. Recently came for an iron perm, not knowing what it was as the owner recommended it. Perm was very well done and lasts quite a long time. Definitely recommend!

I've been here 5 times now, the two lady's who cut and style hair are amazing, and I'm always satisfied with their cuts and results.
However, the man who works there is always extremely rough when washing and drying hair, I practically felt like my head was being hit and punched around every time, and it's extremely unpleasant.
It's unfortunate, because I love their haircuts themselves and I will keep being a customer, but this guy just cares doesn't when it comes to your experience and comfort. He's always very brisk as well and doesn't seem like he likes or cared about what he's doing.

I want to start by saying that I am usually rather nervous about getting haircuts. As a Korean-American man, I've had my fair share of rather terrible haircuts and understand how hard it can be to find a trustworthy place. Add to this the fact that I am new to Boston! This all said, my experience at Beautiful Cuts put my worries to rest and was absolutely ideal. They were able to fit me in at the last minute, were super warm and welcoming, and cut my hair in a way that honored how I looked and what I wanted, resulting in a haircut that was exactly what I was hoping for.
