I had an incredible facial here, super relaxing and felt incredible. Also, everyone was sooooo incredibly kind. It was pouring when I was leaving, and they offered me a (brand new) umbrella for my walk home. I would 100% come back and recommend for an amazing overall experience!

This is the first review I've ever written and it's because I had the most wonderful experience at Back Bay Skincare & Spa. From the moment I came in, I was greeted with the kindest welcome and I immediately felt at ease. Anh has an amazing attention to detail and is truly lovely. Please please please consider coming here over a chain spa - it is so worth it. I can't believe I'm saying this about a place that just ripped out my hair - I can't wait to go back!

I love this place! I lived in Boston for a year and came in 4 times for a bikini wax. Anh is so kind and very good at what she does! The waxes were always quick and achieved exactly what I wanted.
