Technician was punctual and professional. Quickly addressed the problem, made a recommendation relative to the repair and resolved my problem. Communicated effectively throughout the appointment and confirmed my satisfaction with the completed work before he left the premises. Locksmith came on a short notice this Monday to unlock my bedroom door for $150. It took them probably less than 10 min and I'm grateful for their expertise. Won't be locking myself out of my own room any time soon hopefully.
