This is a top-notch, reliable, and extremely helpful company. I would absolutely recommend them. Like many of you, I never expected to need an exterminator. However, when 'nature' decided I did, I quickly took to Google looking for anyone who could help. It was a dizzying experience with lots of choices and many more mixed reviews. I took a flyer on AAA and couldn't have been happier! Everyone was great, from the office staff who quickly empathized with my issue and rearranged the schedule to get a technician out to my house, to the absolute professional who showed up at our door a few hours later. Can I give SIX stars?
Exterminating happens to be one of those services where the providers are either really really bad (unreliable, sometimes costly, not good with people, often not knowledgeable or deceptive), or great. I am happy to say that I have worked with Tim at AAA three times in two houses over a six year span and have ALWAYS found the company to be reliable, affordable, and knowledgeable. He really "gets it", in terms of pest control (what is needed, what the guidelines are, etc.) and people (what they need, how to speak to them, etc.) If you have a pest problem, CALL AAA!
