“We just had a new roof installed on our house & garage by Classic Metal Roofs LLC of Southborough, MA. They did an impeccable job and the results are amazing. The job finished on time as promised - with no cost over-runs- and the crew did a super job on cleanup at the end. The foreman, Chris, was there whenever we had a question and all of the workers were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the materials and the workmanship was top-notch too!
Before the job began Mike from Classic Metal Roofs coordinated schedules with our masonry contractor so we could have our chimney flashing done and the brick refaced with stone - all completed before the roof work began.
As a final special touch, Mike directed Chris to install our new American Eagle weathervane as the cherry on top of the whole job.

“We used Advanced Roofing, Siding and Windows for our roof in May 2023. Leo was available to answer questions when needed, and super flexible on his meeting times when we had to meet in person. The roof itself was done in a day, and the soffits took a few hours on another day. The roof looks great.The only issue we had was that the project did not start when we had planned, but that was because the electrical company did not wrap the wires on time (which is a safety protocol), and did not communicate when they'd be able to. We do wish the communication with that piece was better but knew that was not Advanced Roofing's issue, it was the electric companies.We would definitely use Advanced Roofing again in the future, if we plan to do siding or windows/doors.Service: Roof installation“

“We selected Solid State from 5 companies, and we are very happy with the result (James Hardie siding). Sales person (Adam) was great, he explained what exactly should be done in our case, and his explanations were the most reasonable. Unlike others he did not inflate the price so that he would be able to lower it later, and his price was very reasonable. He explained that we will not pay in advance for unexpected problems like rotten wood because he does not expect substantial problems and he does not want to charge us many thousands in advance for something we most likely will not need (and he appeared right, these extra charges were reasonable and minimal). The guys that did the job were great. They paid attention to everything, they knew what they were doing, and the quality was excellent. They implemented all our reasonable requests and very politely explained why a few requests were not reasonable (they were right!). The workplace was clean at the end of each day. The result was even better than we expected.
