Amazing service. Came quickly. Took the time to explain what's the situation was. For us it was a bad capacitor that failed on our ancient central air system. In and out repair done in 15 minutes. When I asked him about upgrading the system to mini splits, he didn't give me a hard sell but told me about to read up on what mass save rebates I might be eligible for and then he can discuss how to navigate that to make sure we get the most out of anything we decide to do in the future. 1000/10 will hire again and be my go to for any HVAC related issues.

Great team - very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We recently replaced our thermostat and had no issues all winter. With the summer heat, we switched to cooling and were surprised that both the AC and Furnace were going full blast. We contacted the Warrior team and Gilson came over and systematically checked everything and reset all the wires; the system was now operating as it should. A month later, when we needed AC again, we got heat coming back on with the AC. Gilson returned right on time and re-checked everything and got us running again. Our AC went out and we had our long time HVAC company (the original installer) come out to repair it. After charging a dispatch fee (for the pleasure of driving to our house) and a very large diagnostic fee, we got a preliminary cost estimate from the tech to replace the air handler evaporator coil. Since it was an older system, he called his sales manager, who proceeded to try to sell us the installation of two new systems (est. $16-28k ea). We let them know we were just looking for a repair. The proposal came afterwards and was 4x the preliminary estimate. We then reached out to Warrior and got a response the next morning. We provided the model and S/N and they came... read full review
