“Jim and his crew were phenomenal! They are prompt, professional, and all business. We hired Premiere Roofing to redo the entire roof of our 1870s Colonial and, wow, they did an amazing job. Jim laid out the exact timeline of when the new roof tiles would be delivered, when the gutters would show up, when the dumpster would get dropped off, and when his team could do the work. He was easy to get ahold of and excellent at communicating, unlike so many other contractors I've worked with! Jim and his guys worked from 7:00am to 5:30pm on Friday -- they continued working even after it was dark, wearing headlamps! They worked fast but carefully and thoroughly. I cannot emphasize how hard the Premiere Roofing team worked on our house! And when they weren't able to 100% finish the project in one day, they showed up first thing Saturday morning to quickly finish what they couldn't do on Friday night. I was so impressed. Our new roof and gutters look awesome, and the team did such a solid job cleaning up the roof debris in our yard that you'd never know they just tore off and replaced our entire roof! “It's new--no tests yet. Also, I thought the installers were going to fix a problem over the rear entrance (new roof extends beyond gutter), and they did not. Otherwise, quick installation, but pricey.“
