It has been 18 months since GroundMasters finished their work at our new neighborhood 20+ home development. The developer who hired GroundMasters was enough of a problem, but GroundMasters themselves was a problem. Poor lawn deployment, plantings sowed and set out so poorly and haphazardly that many shrubs and plants never survived. And this had nothing to do with weather, hydration, etc. In fact, their hydroseeding was just plain unacceptable.
Needless to say, not a single owner or the HOA as a whole hired GroundMasters after the contract with the developer expired.
They could have done such a great job with a bit of pride and community caring.

I was just at Barry’s playground, simply enjoying the nice day with my girlfriend lounging on the grass. When this landscape company started to cut the grass near us. Clearly we got the hint that he needed to do his job and we were packing up. But he stopped multiple times and looked at us. And kept attempting to cut grass near us to cover us in grass. It felt intimidating and my first time not feeling safe at a PUBLIC PARK! Also since there was a whole field he could’ve started on the other side and we would’ve been gone by the time he got back to us . As a company work on your people skills. Groundmasters helped us with our patio renovation in the city. It was a logistically-challenging job but these guys were up to the task. Easily one of the best contractors we've ever worked with, very responsive and professional from start-to-finish. Highly recommend
