“I’ve been using Top Care since moving to Burlington (at least 6 years) Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been wonderful. The owners are great people- very accommodating. I’ve had a few times I’ve needed a quick turnaround and they always have helped me out. I once forgot an item I had dry cleaned for quite some time - I assumed it was just gone but they still had it for me when i finally remembered I never went back to get it. I would definitely recommend them“

Went there last minute and got them fixed the same day! The woman working there was very friendly and happy to help me out last minute. Glad to know if they break again there’s a place I can take them to be fixed rather than buy another $80 pair!“

“I went to Lapels to fix the worn-down heels on my boots, since our local cobbler closed. Lapel's shoe repair person only comes 1x a week, so be prepared to leave your shoes for 2 weeks, but the work was amazing! For $40 my black suede boots look like new! New heels, soles, brushed and cleaned. Totally worth it. Easy drop off and pick up. I'll definitely use them again.“

“i'm definitely going to be coming back to michelle's for all my cleaning needs! i'm a first timer for using a cleaners and i brought in my patagonia rain jacket. unfortunately it was lost in my dad's garage and had all sorts of stains when found, to make it worse it was a beige colored jacket so it needed a lot of TLC. i brought it in and i was helped out by oscar(?) who was very welcoming despite my shyness with being unfamiliar with the process. i didn't have expectations of a brand new jacket so i was given my ticket to pick up a few days later. i came in this afternoon to pick it up and i was in awe, i had my jacket back in very great condition! most of the unknown stains had came out and it was back to being a beige color. the two severe stains left are very faint from when i brought it in that you would have to stare to really notice it. i actually stood there looking at it and i believe the owner had asked if something was wrong but i was so excited to see my jacket be brought back to life! my jacket is hung up safely from any dirt or grime but now i know michelle's is my number one spot if worst were to come again. :)“

“Fairly quick turnaround, reasonable prices and generally decent service, with a few exceptions. Quality is not always top notch, so check your items carefully when you get them back to look for staining or shrinkage. Not our go-to cleaner anymore due to service, but grateful for the work they've done for us in the past.“

He has never lost an item, he has found numerous items like keys and money in pockets and returned them with the dry cleaning and, he would replace missing buttons before I even knew they were missing.
