I love Robin, Pamela and the team so much. The philosophy of the salon suits my dog - and me - perfectly. Robin has been grooming my dog from a VERY nervous pup 4 years ago and she is now totally comfortable - even falling asleep on the grooming table. If you want your dog forced to be groomed, shaved all over and out in an hour, this is not the place for you. But - if you want your dog relaxed, cared for, AND looking fresh. . Totally recommend! ❤️?❤️

I took my rescue dog for her first ever grooming session, and I was anxious about how she'd respond. Doggboston's ethos prioritizes the dog's emotions—ensuring a positive experience is paramount. If a dog seems uneasy or frightened, they halt the grooming process, allowing the dog some breathing space. What sets them apart is their practice of giving dogs the freedom to roam in the shop, bypassing the use of cages. This approach resonates with me, as I don't crate my dog at home, and I believe confining her to a cage in a new environment might distress her.
