Has been an accident to my house Many contractors stop and gave prices I look to Angi for good contractors Some of them were lower and some of them just right I read the reviews from different costumers criticizing his work and ethicsThose things never happen to meMr Bob Batchelder and his crew were very sincere and straight forward Actually he did some extra work for me to correct some things weren't right and he never ask for more money His work was perfect and detailed If I have to give him 10 STARS! I would I recommend him to anyone

After shopping around and being unsatisfied with contractors, we decided to ask a neighbor who had quality looking work done recently. That's when we were directed to Bob! The guys showed up as scheduled and completed a beautiful new front entry porch and completed the front siding. It was small and we were unsure of the look that would match the house, but Bob made it blend perfectly. The entry door is very welcoming. Now people are asking me for my contractor! Sorry to hear from the last review. Always get a signed contract from a professional contractor. We know this from experience. Fortunately Bob was prompt with his quote and work started once we signed and gave a deposit. Sounds professional to me! The pictures speaks more than I can say... Thanks so much Bob!

Bob was responsive and reassuring. I reached out to him through Angie’s List. He responded within a couple of days and set up time for the estimate. Once we agreed to the pricing, it was within a week that I had a start date. Throughout the process, Bob was great at communicating the progress of the damages and work to be done. At one point, there was a large opening into my home because of all the damaged wood that needed to be replaced. His team of folks were wonderful; respectful and courteous throughout the project. Bob and his team were great at explaining and teaching me where the damage started, the work to repair the area, and what to look for moving forward. At the end of each night’s work, the area was cleaned up. There were no signs there was construction happening besides the work in progress. The work was completed within the timeframe agreed upon. This was very important as I had to make special arrangements to be able to work from home. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work completed and the experience. I will definitely contract with Bob in the future for projects.
