I called with an impactful problem of trying to find out the status of filters previously ordered via Filter Sales & Service that I desperately needed. The sales or service person I reached that help me was Angela.

I was exceptionally satisfied with the prompt and above expectations service and solutions Angela provided. She explained: the status, what she was going to do in terms of investigating, and VERY quickly outlined when and how she thought she could rectify problem.
