Walked into Wag N Wash Beverly a couple months ago on a total whim because I desperately needed a nail trim for my senior basset (hound parents KNOW how those nails are) - and I’m so glad I did. They did an incredible job right off the bat.
We were so impressed that we ended up switching our mini Aussie and our basset hound over from our previous groomer. The team really listens to what you want and actually delivers, which feels rare. On top of that, their pricing is seriously so good for the quality you get. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Louisa groomed our (nervous) golden retriever and did a great job. She obviously put him at ease because he was trimmed ( nails and fur) and even had his ears cleaned. It was busy while we were checking out, so I didn't get to express my appreciation. We will definitely be back to see her again!
