Jonian and Mario were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, hard working and good at communicating timetables and providing enough information for project options that allowed me to make informed decisions. We hired them to sand/stain our house, repair some siding and deck and install windows. MJM construction did a fantastic job. Pricing was competitive, solution was best for my needs, additional issues were pointed out that competitors failed to notice. Once selected for work, communication was excellent. Work was performed satisfactorily!
