I bought a series for waxing and then before I could complete the series they called and canceled my appointment and now won’t return my calls or messages. I’ve never left a negative review like this but they have basically taken my money and now won’t provide the service that I paid for. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I never comment on businesses even if I've had bad experience because you never know what people are going through . I walked into this location a while back because I didn't know about company and I was in area. The manager there is without the rudest person I've ever encountered walking into a salon. Not sure why she was did she think I didn't have the money to go there . I actually go to a dermatologist for my skincare , which is more expensive . She just had a nasty demeanor about her while talking Not what I've ever experienced walking into a salon . Salons are happy places where you go to feel good and look good . Usually it's absolute opposite ! So no I will never go into this location if I just wanted a quick facial .
