Booking was easy, Rita was super communicative and flexible, and the massage was wonderful. The location is clean, easy to find, and there's plenty of parking around. I would highly recommend Aligned Heart to anyone looking for a great massage. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Was able to reschedule easily to move my appointment sooner, as I tripped and fell and my entire body was sore, but especially my arms/back/shoulder. Received a 75 minute reiki and massage treatment. She helped me relax and I felt comfortable, and when I started to get massive heartburn (from lunch, ugh), she was able to shift gears and turn me around while still focusing on my back. Even though I am still sore and will be for a while, I now have more mobility in my arm!

I went to Rita for a massage/reiki combo. I was absolutely blown away by Rita. When I went in my body was holding a lot of stress and my mind was chaotic. When I left I felt pure bliss. Rita got into places in my neck and sholders no massage therapist ever touched and was able to release so much tension. She also picked on on places I was holding stress and helped ground me again. She is incredibly talented. I am so grateful I found her and will be a life long client.
