The owner of the company (a man I believe by the name of Ed) plowed through my septic tank with a pipe pulling machine. Instead of informing me he tried to cover it up with landscape fabric and tile.
The system itself was a piece of crud. My cameras caught him ripping pipes out after his crew of guys already put it in after telling them to. Had to have another company come and fix all the problems.
We have used Trinity Irrigation for several years. A year ago, when opening our system for the season, the technician found a leak where the system connected to the house. He told us that it was not winterized properly. When we contacted Trinity they denied any culpability. They claimed we must have done something to create the leak. We did not. I believe you need a screwdriver to operate the water flow. We do not know anything about the water flow or the operation of the system and we definitely would not have taken a screwdriver to it! They have avoided us since that time. We are extremely disappointed. The repair/part replacement would cost several hundred dollars.
i had a leak in my irrigation system. i called trinity. they came out twice. randomly started to dig holes in my back yard. between the two visits they charged my for Five+ hours of work. never found the leak, left big boulders from where they were digging. i finally had to call another company. they came out with some type of machine. found where the leak was in less than 10 minutes. fixed it in less than 20 minutes. they charged me for one hour. trinity called back and asked if i wanted them to come out and keep looking for the leak. i am sure they would have loved to come out once a week and charge me 2.5 hours of labor to dig holes in myback yard. I was less than satisfied. Here is picture of one of the boulders they just left on my front lawn.
