Wonderful shop! The owner is so knowledgeable and did a fantastic job repairing a rug that was of great sentimental value. She recommended a lower priced option and was very good at explaining everything. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

We had been holding off on cleaning this rug we had gotten as a gift for 5 years, and we're recommended to go to Varter's. I haven't seen this rug look this shiny and clean even when we first got it! Plus, they were very safe, I'm quite anxious about Covid-19 but felt their procedure was appropriate and well organized. Excellent service from an excellent business run by friendly people :)
