I highly recommend Elios Electrical, both Matt and Rachel we prompt, professional and above all provided a great service and experience. Having just install our AC window boxes upstairs, we had an issue of amp overload tripping the breaker. I called Matt for a quote, they were extremely busy but made time in their schedule to fit us in the next day. Matt quickly assessed the issue and with the realization that both my young daughters would be without AC on an extremely hot evening, made time to stay late and run a new circuit from the basement to the bedrooms. Once the project was completed they reviewed the scope of work performed and walked us through the electrical panel, testing and verifying with me present the amp loads on each circuit. Added touches like this to ensure the customer is fully aware of what has been performed along with making sure we were satisfied with the small project goes a long way to demonstrate the level of professionalism they have. Everyone was nice a chilled in the evening thanks to Matt and Rachel. We will certainly use them again for my future electrical needs.
