Nightmare from day one. Customer service is friendly enough but delivery has been inconsistent and frustrating. Not sure if there is a miscommunication between the distribution center and customer service or what the issue is, but it's been many years of having to call every couple of months or so due to empties not being picked up, delivery dates changed for some random reason so we don't have water for weeks, too many/too few bottles being left.

The worst they just dont show up anymore.

1 month later - Didn't show up for two deliveries however still trying to charge me, cancelled autopay because they are incompetent and I knew they would still charge me. Filed a AG complaint.called today they said they over charged me for seven months on the water dispenser but still couldn't confirm the account is closed and settled. All they could do is have the regional center call me and escalate it, which doesn't exist or even more incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Took $90 for my order and an additional $50 for unexplained reasons. Never delivered. I called and they assured me the situation would be rectified. It was not and they aren’t open for customer service on weekends. BEWARE. I will be disputing the TWO charges on my credit card.

Edit: I’ve had ENOUGH. I’ve complained countless times that I cannot access my account. I can login. All I get are blank pages no matter what browser I use. I am consistently invoiced but have only received on scheduled delivery over six weeks. I reach out, am told they don’t have the water. No one updates me. They tell me they’re getting it in stock and reschedule, delivery still...read full review
