“We recently contacted New England Exteriors when we began planning to replace our roof and install new windows and siding on our 28 year old home. Wayne (owner) responded promptly and met with us several times to explain the options and educate and guide us through the process. We had several bids and found New England Exteriors proposal fair and thorough. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work and professionalism shown by Wayne and his staff. Wayne communicated well throughout the process and kept us updated on timeframes and the expected completion schedule. The crew was exceptional and the foreman was very accommodating and conscientious. The work was completed in accordance with the expected schedule. The house came out beautiful! We reached into Wayne several months after the work was completed as we needed a new piece of window trim due to our kitchen renovation. Wayne promptly responded and came bye to install the new trim- fortunately he kept some extra trim knowing we were doing a renovation and he anticipated we might need it when our new cabinets were installed. “Had them come redo the siding on my house and all the flashing . They were very professional and answered all my questions .and gave me all options .went with hardy board siding . They were quick ,professional and clean for a work site . This was not first time using them ,first time was taking walls out and putting in lvl to support house .
